Thank you for your interest in visiting Korea and for choosing the Korea Visa Application Centre in Singapore.
Since our opening in September, we have welcomed many applicants. However, visits concentrated at certain times have led to long waiting times and crowding in the Centre and the building's common areas. To provide a faster, more comfortable and more predictable service for all applicants, we have introduced an appointment system.
■ Appointment System: From Monday, 12 October 2026
- Applicants with appointments will be served first.
- Applicants with appointments can submit their applications at their scheduled time without waiting.
Walk-in applicants may face long waiting times as appointments are served first, and same-day submission may close early. Please make sure to book before your visit.
- For smooth operations, please follow the instructions of our on-site staff.
※ Booking Schedule: Appointments can be booked from 2 weeks before your visit date. Please book in advance according to your travel schedule.
■ How to Book
1. Visit our website and click [Appointment]
2. Select your visa type, visit date and time.
3. Enter the applicant details and complete your booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
■ Submission on Behalf of Others
- Family applications: When family members apply together, one family member may visit and submit the applications on behalf of the family.
- Incentive tours: Applications may be submitted on behalf of the applicants if signed by a representative of the company.
■ [Important] Duplicate Bookings and No-shows
Duplicate bookings and missed appointments (no-shows) have recently increased, preventing applicants who genuinely need to visit from making a booking. To ensure fair access for everyone, please observe the following:
- One booking per applicant: Duplicate bookings are not permitted. If duplicate bookings are identified, all bookings under that applicant may be cancelled without prior notice.
- Please notify us in advance if you cannot attend: If you are unable to visit as scheduled, please call us at 6895-4700 before your appointment date.
Your slot will then be offered to another applicant.
※ One no-show takes away an opportunity from another applicant.

■ Important Notes for Your Visit
- Entry is permitted from 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- To keep the building's common areas clear, please do not wait in the lobby or corridors in advance.
- Please bring your booking confirmation (printed or on mobile) and all required documents.
- If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to rebook.
■ Changes and Cancellations
Bookings cannot currently be cancelled directly on our website.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know by calling 6895-4700 before your appointment date,
so that the slot can be offered to other applicants.
■ Urgent Cases
If you need to visit urgently for humanitarian reasons, such as the serious illness or death of a family member in Korea, please call us at 6895-4700 before visiting.
