The Korea Visa Application Center in Singapore operates on an appointment-based system.
1. Applicable Visa Types for Appointment
- Tourism, Business, Spouse of a Korean Citizen, Visiting Relatives, Family Dependency, Visas based on Confirmation of Visa Issuance, etc.
2. Available Appointment Dates & Times
- Available Period: Booking is available from the day after the application date (Same-day appointments are not allowed).
- Available Times: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
[Important Notes]
1. In the following cases, your appointment will be canceled and your application will be processed via the general walk-in queue:
1) If the applicant information on the Appointment Confirmation does not match the information on the visa application documents.
2) If applying for a visa type other than those eligible for online appointments.
3) If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.
4) If you fail to present your printed Appointment Confirmation or a screenshot of it.
2. Duplicate bookings under the same name are not permitted. Multiple appointments made by the same person may result in cancellation.
3. Appointments cannot be canceled online after completion. If you need to cancel, please contact our Call Center.
4. All fees must be paid only in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via PayNow or Cash.
5. Please ensure all required documents, including the visa application form, are prepared before visiting, and filled out using blue or black ink only.
6. The visa application form must be printed single-sided only.
